New York Times: Reading Underground (with correction)

This was a great article, and not just because it mentions the Book Club. It captured the spirit I had in mind when I started my experiment and gives the background you otherwise have to imagine for yourself.

The online version has been corrected for few errors though, including one about this blog. The New York Times is impressively politically correct, managing to read the About the Reader section, where I mention my hobbies of knitting and quilting, and still identify me as a man. Maybe they were thrown off by the law job, biking and scuba, but I’m a woman. (Or maybe they noticed the posts where I worry about being creepy checking out people’s books?  That’s books with a ‘k’!) Seems I need to have the Writer (who is also the Photographer) take a Reader photo for the bio.
